Police are searching for a man they say vandalized a NYPD traffic enforcement car.

Police say it happened in Dyker Heights Friday morning on 7th Avenue.

Video surveillance shows a man walking up to the vehicle with something in his hand and start hitting the windshield causing the passenger side window to fall off.
