Police are searching for a man who attacked and attempted to rob a woman in the Castle Hill area.
The NYPD says the man followed a 24-year-old woman into her apartment building and put her in a chokehold, knocking her unconscious.
When the victim woke up, police say the suspect demanded money but she didn't have any on her. The suspect then left without taking anything.
The suspect is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, and weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a white and black camouflage backpack.
Police ask anyone who recognizes the suspect to give them a call.
