BROOKLYN - Police are trying to find a man who they say is connected to at least eight home burglaries in Brooklyn.
The most recent break-ins occurred Friday at homes near Crawford Avenue and East 7th Street in Gravesend. Police say the area was hit three times between 3 and 7 a.m. The suspect entered through a rear, basement or dining room window in nearly all incidents, according to police.
The suspect is accused of stealing credit cards, cash, jewelry and electronics, among other belongings.
Police say the first four robberies took place between March 25 and 31 at homes at East 19th Street and Avenue R; East 26th Street and Avenue P; West Seventh Street and Lake Place; and East 23rd Street and Avenue P.
