Cuomo’s staff members on Christmas Eve has been arrested.
Police arrested Christopher Guzman and charged him with
assault.
They say Lisa Cavanaugh was hit in the back of the head
with a brick in an unprovoked attack by Guzman as she walked down a street in
Manhattan.
She was taken to Bellevue Hospital and was treated for
lacerations to her head.
