State of emergency declared with storm bringing up to 4-6 inches of snow to Brooklyn

A man and woman punched an MTA conductor in the face in Brooklyn, police say.
As News 12 has reported, the incident happened on Aug. 11, inside the Grant Avenue subway station around 4:40 a.m.
Police say the 62-year-old MTA conductor was attacked by the two after a dispute.
The two suspects attacked the conductor on an A train before running away.
Police have released both surveillance video and photos of the suspects.
