Police say a 13-year-old girl with autism has been found safe after going missing Saturday afternoon in Manhattan.

Police say a 13-year-old girl with autism has been found safe after going missing Saturday afternoon in Manhattan.
They say Alexandra Zablan last seen outside of Whole Foods in Union Square around 3:30 p.m. Saturday before she went missing.
Zablan was located early Sunday morning on a train at a subway station in Crown Heights.
Police say she was was found safe and uninjured.
Further details surrounding the incident were not immediately available.
