Police say a city Parks employee has been arrested for allegedly hanging a black doll from a metal noose inside the department's Bronx headquarters.
According to cops, 28-year-old Fariz Ahmemulic hung the doll in an employee area in December.
Members of the hate crime task force made the arrest Wednesday. Ahmemulic is now facing multiple charges.
