Police say a pedestrian was severely injured in a crash Friday night in Williamsbridge.
Authorities say the 60-year-old man was trying to cross the intersection at East Gun Hill Road and White Plains Road when he was struck by a 53-year-old woman driving a gray 2021 Toyota SUV around 11:30 p.m. 
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he is in critical condition. 
News 12 was told the driver stayed at the scene.
