10h agoPolice are investigating how a person was hit by a car in Dutchess County Sunday morning.
The incident occurred shortly before 8 a.m. in a busy shopping area in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
The car, a white Chevy Cruze, remained at the scene while the victim was rushed to Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital.
The victim is currently in critical but stable condition.
