As protests continue nationwide, demonstrators are taking their frustrations over failed police indictments to the streets of the Bronx for the first time.
Protesters are expected to gather at East 149th Street and 3rd Avenue at around 7 p.m. in a call for justice against the grand jury decisions in the Eric Garner and Michael Brown cases.
The rally is being held by the non-profit Stop Mass Incarceration Network as part of its week of outrage.
The Bronx event will be followed by more similar demonstrations in Manhattan, as well as a march in Washington, D.C. on Saturday.
