Police have questioned the boyfriend of a 76-year-old man who was found dead in his Bruckner apartment on Saturday.
According to investigators, Victor Ortiz was found unresponsive and unconscious with a burn on his face at 1500 Noble Ave. following a report of people arguing.
The medical examiner isn't releasing information about the burn on Ortiz's face and is awaiting a toxicology report before determining the cause of death.
