1 dead, suspect in custody after shooting in New Windsor

Police are asking for help to identify a man linked to Tuesday's subway shooting in Bed-Stuy.

Authorities say the suspect got into a verbal fight with a 17-year-old boy and then opened fire on a moving C train approaching Ralph Avenue.

The bullets struck the 17-year-old in the hand and a 57-year-old man in the ankle. Both are expected to be OK.
