Police have identified a woman who was found dead in an apartment on Westminster Road near Prospect Park.
Authorities say the woman, Heather Wright, was found with severe head injuries after neighbors called 911 when screams were heard coming from her apartment.
Police say they are looking for Wright's brother 34-year-old Omar Cohall in connection with the death.
