Police in Brooklyn shot a man after a dispute outside a Utica Avenue nightclub early Saturday.
Police were called to the Wingate section after a Damien Henry tried to get into a club, but was turned away by a bouncer. The bouncer suspected Henry had a gun and called police. When the police arrived, a chase ensued and gunfire was exchanged.
The man was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery. Police say Henry was involved in another shooting outside a cafe up the block in June.
