Police: Suffern man arrested for DWI in Tuxedo
State police say a Suffern man was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content three times the legal limit.

Police stopped 28-year-old Tyler Biernesser for multiple traffic violations.
It happened on Interstate 87 in the town of Tuxedo last week.
Biernesser was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and is due in court next week.
