An investigation is underway in Bushwick after police say a 26-year-old man was shot Saturday night.
Authorities say the victim is expected to survive from his injuries, but the shooter remains at large.
Investigators say the 26-year-old was walking near the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Broadway after 10 p.m. when the victim says a car pulled up to him and a man inside shot him.
He was hit by a bullet in the right leg before being taken to Bellevue Hospital.
Police have not released a description of the shooter as they are trying to figure out the motive behind the incident.
