Police say a teen is facing charges for allegedly stealing an SUV with a toddler inside.
Back on Aug. 5, police say a 29-year-old woman got out of her Mitsubishi SUV with her 1-year-old and her keys inside around 6:45 p.m.
That's when police say 17-year-old Quansae Herring got behind the wheel.
The car was found just over two hours later in front of 16-17 Park Place with the child inside.
The child was unharmed.
Herring is charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and acting in a manner injurious to a child.
