Police in Toms River have arrested a suspect in a drive-by shooting incident.

The shooting took place at the Hope's Crossing Apartments last month.

Javir Asken-Mayweather, 20, is charged with three counts of attempted murder.

Police say they arrested the suspect after tracking him down at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City.
