A man knocked down a religious statue outside a Williamsburg church on Feb. 2, and security cameras recorded the incident.
Church officials say they've encountered similar vandalism at Our Lady of Consolation Church on Metropolitan Avenue several times since 2010.
The suspect had a beard and was wearing dark clothes, according to police.
The Diocese of Brooklyn says the statues vandals keep targeting were all donated by a parishioner who continues to replace them.
Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
