Police say a woman was found dead in a vehicle at a residence on Dorothy Heights in Wappinger on Wednesday afternoon.  

Victoria Bell, who had recently moved from Florida, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

A 56-year-old man from Sebastian, Florida, is now being charged with the manslaughter.  

David Osterhoudt was remanded at the Dutchess County Jail. 

A cause of death and motive have not been revealed.
