New Haven police say a Woodbridge man was found in the water at Lighthouse Park Tuesday afternoon.

They say they received a call about a body found before 1 p.m.

Underwater Search and Rescue teams recovered 66-year-old Richard Piccione from the water. He pronounced dead on the scene.

Police say there are no signs of trauma or foul play.
