Rain, sleet and snow didn't stop mail carriers from doing their jobs at two Williamsburg apartment buildings. Still, tenants haven't gotten mail in a week.
Residents at 165 and 171 Meserole street say mail carriers stopped deliveries without notification. Tenants say they were later told to stand in line at the post office on two specific days of the week to pick up their mail. According to the post office, the location of the boxes forced carriers to leave their mail carts unattended.
Post office officials say they will work with building management to come up with a solution.
