Brooklyn's own version of comic-con made its way to Bay Ridge this weekend.
Pow!Con took place at the Best Western Gregory Hotel with about 30 different vendors.
Comics, action figures, posters, apparel and other items were for sale.
The comic convention was founded by Bensonhurst resident Salvatore Lomedico who wanted to bring a more intimate comic-con to the borough.
Some people dressed up as their favorite character, while others just browsed and shopped.
The event continues Sunday.
