It was a busy week for the City Council as they came together on Tuesday to vote on an override of Mayor Eric Adams’ vetoes of the How Many Stops Act and a bill to end solitary confinement.
Ultimately, by a vote of 42-9, the council voted the bills through again.
Council Member Chi Osse discusses that vote and other big issues in Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights.
Also on the show is Council Member Chris Banks, who represents East New York, Starrett City, Brownsville, East Flatbush and Canarsie. He’s one of the newest members.
