3ds agoThe Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office is probing a deadly
stabbing involving two teenagers in the city of Passaic.
Authorities say that officers responded to the area of Krueger Place and Poplar Street
Sunday around 1:18 a.m. for reports of a stabbing.
They found that a 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy were injured during an altercation. Both teens are from Passaic.
Authorities say the 16-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. The 17-year-old was transported to St. Joseph's University Medical Center for
medical treatment.
