Calls for justice continue tonight as protesters rallied outside of Barclays Center after subway performer Jordan Neely died as a result of a chokehold caught on camera.  

New Yorkers from all over the city came out after outcries came from social media following the death of Neely.  

Neely at one point acted as a Michael Jackson impersonator and was often seen performing on the subway. Police found Neely unconscious on the F train in Manhattan on Monday after responding to calls of a man acting erratically on the train.  

A now-viral video shows the incident unfold, in which a 24-year-old U.S. Marine veteran is holding Neely in a chokehold. Neely’s cause of death was ruled a homicide by chokehold by the medical examiner, and the investigation is now under the supervision of the Manhattan district attorney’s office.
