Noche Borinqueña was held in Morris Park to celebrate Puerto Rican culture.
The event was just a little over a week away from the city's Puerto Rican Day parade.
Council Member Rafael Salamanca was behind the celebration that featured music, dancing, food and other elements of Puerto Rican culture.
A number of people who've made an impact on the city were also honored.
