Quest delivery drivers say they haven't been paid in weeks, have only received backlog pay

Employees tell News 12 that the only payments they received in recent weeks from Quest Fleet are backlogged payments in January that were supposed to be paid before Christmas.
"They're using us like slavery and we can't get our money to pay our bills", says Tate.
Quest Fleet operates outside of Brooklyn, although they use office space in Borough Park, partnering with E & Y.
News 12 spoke to Quest Fleet by phone, and it denied all wrong doings.
A text message that an employee shared with News 12 shows a Quest Fleet representative acknowledging that they owe him payments, and that it was supposed to be received in December and January.
Employees say they have continued showing up on the job, even without pay. They say they are not paid by Friday, that will no longer be the case.
