The first-ever ePrix race in New York City will be held in Red Hook, Brooklyn next month.

The ePrix Formula E race will feature cars that are all electric.

Racers from across the world are excited to be coming to Brooklyn.

"The first time is always the best, and then it's going to get better every year," said Jean -Eric Vergne, a racer from Paris. "…I am sure we are going to have a spectacular race."
