Raising Canes opened their first Brooklyn flagship store in Sheepshead Bay on Tuesday at 1523 Kings Highway.
More than 100 customers lined up bright and early to be the first in line. The establishment has planned festivities and a ribbon cutting.
"It's such a great place, the atmosphere, the food, and I'm so happy they came to Brooklyn," said Nuri Yazizi, a customer who arrived at 6:30 a.m.
The fast-food joint got its start in the south and is known for their famous chicken fingers. They recently started expanding their footprint up north and opened a location in Times Square.
"We're a big fan of Canes, my family and I, and it feels really great to know I can come to a store 15 minutes from us and I don't have to drive to the city anymore to get Canes," said Sharra Dade.
The food establishment will be open daily from 9 a.m. through midnight.
