When people think of working out they often think of a gym, but with more fitness apps hitting the market, professional quality workouts are a click away.
News 12's Natasha Geigel checked out some of the best fitness apps for 2014.
The Fitbit app lets users track all of their daily activities such as running and walking, and even logs daily calorie consumption. The Fitbit app is free to download.
Fitocracy is another free app that connects users with a network of coaches and programs.
Similar to Fitbit, Fitocracy users can compete with friends, but it also lets users earn points, and receive badges for achievements.
