Tenants of the Red Hook Houses say they're dealing with foul conditions in the wake of Superstorm Sandy, and many are only expecting conditions to worsen as a nor'easter hits the city.

Residents say they still have no heat or power and their building is freezing. The floors of the building are also littered with garbage and there's a foul smell, tenants say.
