A registered dietitian reveals how you can clean up your diet as the spring season approaches.
Angela Vita says that people should fill up on whole grains and try new grains such as quinoa, brown rice or whole wheat pasta. She also says you can swap chips with popcorn and nuts.
"Cashews are another great pantry staple because they are a great healthy snack that are high in protein that will help sustain you," Vita says.
She also says that portions are key and to eat everything in moderation.
