The removal of a Citi Bike station in Cobble Hill is temporary, company officials said.

Residents said losing the station on Atlantic Avenue and Henry Street over the summer was a major inconvenience.

But a Lyft spokesperson said the station was removed for milling and paving and will return in a few weeks.

“For station removals like these, we work closely with DOT, who oversees milling and paving and its associated schedule,” they said in a statement. “Our service page is updated to share removed stations.”
