A report alleges that children at an East Flatbush day care may have been locked up in a supply closet by a teacher and an assistant to learn a lesson.
The New York Post reports that two teachers, Sandra Fallen and Amellia Samuda, were caught on camera in June locking children in a dark storage closet as a lesson in "how to survive"
The recent article indicates the owner of Pinocchio Children's Palace discovered what was going on when she heard a small child crying from the closet.
She then went to security cameras to find out that the incident was not isolated, and that the two employees have allegedly been putting other children in the closet.
The teacher and assistant have reportedly been fired.
The Administration for Children's Services says it was made aware of the incident, and together with the Department of Health, investigated the circumstances.
News 12 reached out to the day care for a comment from the owner, but has not heard back.
