Mayor Bloomberg is reportedly looking to create customer satisfaction surveys for residents in Brooklyn and the rest of the city. The New York Sun reports the mayor wants a company to create two sets of surveys to find out what residents think of city agencies. One survey would focus on how sectors such as public safety, infrastructure, education and social services are doing. The other survey would allow residents to sound off at will. According to the report, residents should prepare to receive phone calls, e-mails or letters asking them to rate the city. The surveys are expected to be rolled out by early next year. The report says two names being considered for the surveys are "Let Us Know" and "NYC Feedback."
