Reports: Body of missing Army National Guard sergeant found

The body of Nicholas Faust, who was first reported missing on March 24 in Poughkeepsie, has been found, according to multiple published reports.

News 12 reported that the 43-year-old Army National Guard sergeant went missing after attending a house party on Mill Street. State police found his car in a parking lot behind a house on March 28.

Faust's family said he had been living in his car and worked as a certified nursing assistant at a nursing home in Peekskill.

State police say there is no evidence of foul play.
