Residents are worried that a sinkhole near a crosswalk is creating a dangerous situation in Bath Beach.
The sinkhole is located near a crosswalk at Cropsey Avenue and Bay 19th Street.
Neighbors say it has been there almost a year. Anthony Scala says he has called 311 about the problem, but nothing has been done.
They hope it will be fixed soon, and don't want to wait until someone is seriously hurt before repairs are made.
