Flatbush residents are holding a vigil Tuesday for a slain 18-year-old student.
Police say Brian Scott was killed in a triple shooting at 188 Park Side Ave. Monday night. Two other men were also shot and are in stable condition at local hospitals, authorities say.
Local residents say Scott was well-known in the neighborhood for skills as an in-line skater.
