4ds agoThe ride-share driver accused of sexually assaulting two female passengers will face a judge today.
Prosecutors say 40-year-old Milton Paguada was working for C-Gacela Taxi service out of Lindenhurst.
A 23-year-old Copiague woman accused Paguada of reaching back and forcibly touching her and making sexual comments.
Paguada is also accused of pulling over and raping a 28-year-old passenger in June.
