A couple is facing eviction from their co-op after the building's board said visits from their daughter and her dog violates a no pet policy.
The Hyman family said their daughter Julie's dog Rocky is therapeutic and a member of the family. The two sides are now in housing court over the dispute.
The trial has been rescheduled to May 11 due to a paperwork error.
