The roller skating rink at Brooklyn Bridge Park on Pier Two opened Friday for its second season.
The rink is open to residents who enjoy recreational roller skating, but is also used to host roller hockey and roller derby leagues.
For those who don't own a pair of skates, the rink offers rentals for adults and children.
The rink is offering a free skate session for local residents every Friday between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m. During other times, skating costs $8.
