State Sen. Ruben Diaz (D-The Bronx) is facing backlash after comparing abortion to the Holocaust.
"Hitler was pro-choice. He chose to send the Jews to Auschwitz. That was not their choice, that was Hitler's choice," Diaz said.
Jewish groups, pro-choice groups and other politicians are slamming Diaz over the comments. The state senator says he won't back down from the comments, but that he didn't mean to offend Jewish groups.
