An accused serial Williamsburg "dine and dasher" is behind bars at Rikers Island, according to the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

Pei Chung, 34, is being held on a $4,500 cash bail or a $9,000 bond, accused of refusing to pay for high-end meals at more than a dozen restaurants in Williamsburg.

Prosecutors say Chung appeared in court Saturday for her latest theft-of-service charge. She allegedly struck Mole restaurant on Kent Avenue Friday afternoon.

Chung was previously arraigned and put on supervised release for refusing to pay at two other restaurants the week prior. She failed to complete an intake visit, according to the DA.

News 12 reported Chung's numerous prior arrests and court records showing she owes more than $40,000 in back rent for her Williamsburg apartment.
