Skeletal remains have been discovered scattered along train tracks in The Bronx.
According to police, the bones were found in plastic bags near tracks at East Tremont and Noble avenues. The Medical Examiner's Office will be testing the remains to determine whether or not they are human.
The tracks are owned by railroad company CSX.
