While the snow fell in the borough for much of Monday, there wasn't too much accumulation on the roads or on the boardwalk in Sheepshead Bay.
The mayor said more than 500 salt spreaders were deployed in advance across all five boroughs.
The DSNY also had about 1,000 plow trucks ready to go.
Snow is expected to impact the region again Tuesday.
