NYPD: Motorcyclist critically injured in East Flatbush hit-and-run
yesterdayA 56-year-old man was slashed in broad daylight on Tilden Avenue near East 59th Street on Monday afternoon. Police sources confirmed the victim was a retired NYPD officer.
Police say the man was slashed in the face and neck, just after 1 p.m.
He was taken to Brookdale Hospital.
A person of interest was taken into custody, according to police.
