More than 200 students took over the streets of Bensonhurst over the weekend to pick up garbage as part of the Speak Up, Clean Up campaign.
Cleanliness concerns sparked the young residents to volunteer in the sixth cleanup for the neighborhood initiative, which kicked off last summer.
Many say they've noticed a difference and hope students will keep up the work.
