A Spring Valley man has pleaded guilty to the sexual abuse of an 8-year-old girl, according to Rockland County District Attorney’s Office.
Officials say Timothy King, 23, began abusing the child in 2018 and continued for two years.
The victim reported the abuse to family members, who contacted authorities in 2024.
King is expected to receive a 10-year prison sentence with five years of post-release supervision.
He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
The sentencing is scheduled to take place in July.
