4ds agoThe Connecticut State Department of Education has released new COVID-19 guidance for schools.
Districts will be able to decide whether or not to require masks beginning Feb. 28.
Also on that day, schools are expected to receive COVID-19 tests.
Two kits will be given to each student and staff member.
All students and staff need to self-test themselves the day the mandate is lifted for schools that choose to make masks optional.
